The Honda President’s Award was never “a given” at Luther Mankato Honda, and it’s very hard to achieve,
said General Manager Kerry Lindsay, which makes winning it two years in a row all the more special.
“This is more than an award,” he said. “This is our culture.”
Stores are judged based on new car sales objectives, market effectiveness, service retention, profitability, customer satisfaction and the facility.
“Our team is very special. Every employee takes pride in achieving the Honda President’s Award,” the GM said.
