It claims the title of “Minnesota’s original Honda dealer,” and its latest achievement is entry into the Honda Masters Circle, an elite group of the top 50 dealerships in the U.S.
Brookdale Honda ranks in the top 5 percent of stores for customer satisfaction and sales, with 2,807 new vehicles sold in 2015. The store gained momentum by adding more than 200 new vehicle sales each year for the last five, explains New Car Manager Alex Irlin.
“We’ve all worked well together for a long time, all in unison for a common goal. We want to be the best,” he said. General Manager Jim Haertzen said the store is proud and the designation shows it is on the right track.
The Customer Satisfaction Index in new cars came in at 98.7. There’s a lot of support staff, explained Irlin, and credit to go around, coupled with help from Haertzen, who he calls a marketing guru. A recognition luncheon celebrated the victory.
