Alfa-Fiat service pulls big numbers for guest CSI

Singled out and heralded by its manufacturers, the service department at Alfa Romeo and Fiat of Minneapolis managed a 96.9 percent customer satisfaction rate (CSI), and double the percentage of completed surveys of its nearest competitor.

“One thing we can control is how we interact with our guests,” said Service Manager Matt Mraz.  Fiat held an in store barbecue for Luther staff members.
