It’s been called the most prestigious honor a new car dealer can receive, the TIME Dealer of the Year Award.
The 2014 competition was narrowed from 56 nominees to four finalists, one of whom was Luther Auto President David Luther. He was the top selection for the entire Midwest, explains Scott Lambert, executive vice president of the Minnesota Auto Dealers Association.
Nominated by his dealership peers and officially nominated by Lambert, Luther was noted for his strong ethics and for his commitment to give back to communities, the MADA leader explained. “It’s mainly because of David’s incredible public service record,” Lambert said. “His “Drive to Serve” made him a top candidate.”
“The communities we live and work in mean everything to our business and to our employees,” Luther said. “Community involvement is a major cornerstone of everything I learned from my dad, and I believe that one of the most important benefits of business success is the continued opportunity to help others.”
