Brookdale Honda and the newly named Brookdale Toyota have moved into new store buildings after months of planning, construction and staff anticipation.
“The projects have gone smoothly,” said Linda McGinty in property management for Luther Auto. “Last year’s mild winter got us off to a good start and there have been few surprises.” Planners have built on the company’s past building experience and improved, and managers have added good ideas, as well, she explained.
Among them are solar panels that provide up to 10 percent of the electricity for each store. And, Brookdale Honda’s tall windows are cut into the sides and run to the ground, creating a semi-circle vestibule. Brookdale Toyota has the iconic Toyota front portal. Service areas feature state-of-the-art in-ground hoists, tool boxes/benches and high speed fans. And, consultation areas allow for private repair discussions with guests.
Expansive waiting areas greet customers with multiple seating choices, including club chairs with tablet arms and individual seating spaces with private television screens.
