I sing the praises of the Luther Hudson service department any time I hear someone speaking about their car repair woes! For more than 10 years (on the same car) I’ve received friendly, attentive, honest and fairly priced service work for my Malibu. I appreciate that the details of the repairs are not “dumbed-down,” being that I’m a female. My favorite, of many stories I retell … was when Randy explained that my tie rod was showing wear and that he would note it and keep an eye on it for me … sensing I was worried, Randy said, “I would make the same recommendation if it were my daughter’s car.” In that moment, I handed Luther Hudson my full trust and respect for their honest and ethical business practices. This is the type of customer loyalty that cannot be bought with deep marketing budgets, expensive commercials or snazzy websites. In a word– integrity, that’s why I always go back.
